Putting patients first truly matters. What a nice, warm brand promise that is cherished across Asia. But in North America, Hitachi (Fujifilm as of 2021, btw) isn’t a very big name in healthcare, so they had to prove their technical chops to healthcare providers first.
A gigantic gathering of healthcare pros is a good place to start, so this Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) booth, complete with a massive timeline and virtual products, made it pretty clear Hitachi has been innovating in MR since the technology’s inception — Matter of fact, they invented it. That made it a lot easier to talk about how Hitachi puts patients first, even if that message had to come second.
